A very nice and quiet little condo community right on the beach at Topsail. The rooms and common areas are clean and well kept.
Prices are reasonable, especially during off peak season. Beach access is easy, and right off the pool area.
Our room had a great view of the pool area where we spent most of our time! The staff was very accommodating. A little on the expensive side but worth it!

We rented a room through the ubiquitous Island Realty in early October. The resort is a very nice facility, although the restaurant, which we did not try, looks a little on the spend side. We opted to eat in the room or Surf City or Snead's Ferry. The highlight of the place, other than the beach, of course, is the swimming pool. While it's not marked as a lap pool, I could see doing some very nice actual swimming, with room to actually swim instead of just cramped splashing around. The beach in front of the hotel is fine, (as of October 17) with about 20 yards of sand at high tide. Overall, it's a very nice place if you want something more than a hotel, but not a full beach house.
Definitely can't wait to come back, again.
This is our fourth time coming to VC in past four years, we love it here. The beach is beautiful, the pool water is always refreshing and the conds are terrific. We have tried many other places all over NC, SC & GA but Topsail Beach and the Villas are easily our favorite. We plan to return many more times.
