This is NOT the place for luxury or privacy. If you don't like kids or dogs keep driving. There is no concrete pads and the spaces are tight. I hope you back good. Owners and guest will help or move vehicles to reach site.
Nice place needs to up date some things , like showers & bathrooms, no cable Wi-Fi is weak. But other than that was nice to be there.
We had a great stay. Came in a day earlier than our reservation but they were very happy to find a way to accommodate us and we then decided to stay an extra 3 days, again they were able to make sure we could stay right where we were the entire time. Family is exactly what you get. Everyone gathers on the porch each evening & you meet the others. Everyone is so friendly. The place is very clean. Only a dune away from the beach/ocean which there is a ramp or stairs to take you there. It's ideal!! We will be back & I highly recommend staying here!! Pet Friendly and there are pets. It's so nice to see so many people with their pets enjoying their vacation. ❤️
Hubby and I will always stay here, love the family atmosphere and kindness of the staff❤
You need to call to check availability because they stay busy.
It's family oriented. It quiets down at a decent time. Even if sold out and crowded.
If you like to fish it's pretty good at times.
We've been coming here for 10 years and hope for 10 more.
Loved it so much the first time we're going again this year. Friendly, clean and they let you live freely . The grounds are watched but you are not bothered as long an you behave like a human being. Peace
If you want fresh seafood Thomas Seafood on the right heading off the island across the swing bridge has what ever is local or regionally caught.
BUT if you want a friendly courteous experience this is the place.
